I biked for 10 minutes and then 10 more before icing my knee.
This is cool!
I booked a massage with one of the therapists since my muscles are sore and affect my progress, according to the guy who follows me.
I came home with new exercises, designed to help the return of a natural gait. Since my stride is long, I have to focus on decreasing it in order to concentrate on the flexion and extension of the knee. Easy to say!
But all together, my knee is better. I panic when I see the calendar but then relax when I know I still have five weeks before seeing the surgeon and another seven before our official summer vacation.
Thinking of the beaches of Maine keep me going. And of course the California sun that feels so good after all the rainy days we got.
Progress is there and full recovery closer every week.
